I swapped my swimmers for walking shoes today and

I swapped my swimmers for walking shoes today and was surprised at how much fitter I am compared to 2 weeks ago when I walked last!

More ease in my body, no back pain or foot pain, and my hands didn’t swell up like they used to.

I haven’t noticed and physical/weight changes as yet but that’s not why I started swimming.
