Soooooooo happy to get back to swimming this morni

Soooooooo happy to get back to swimming this morning! (And driving lol)

I honestly thought I’d be out for the week 😳

But 3 days of rest, PEMF, cold packs and other magic the swelling and inflammation have gone down enough to be nearly painless to walk now. 💃

It starting to twinge a bit at 20 laps so I stopped at that today 🎉🪷

Did some stretching in the water too which felt good 💞

Still blows me away the magic that happens in my body with PEMF. And this is no exception. Maybe it could help you in magical ways too! (Ps not really magical as there is a science to it lol but it feels magical 💫)

Had a bit of a fall this morning. Did the splits and pulled all the muscles in my right leg and knee. I can still walk but I think when I wake up tomorrow I’m really going to feel it 😔

I went straight onto my PEMF device to assist with deep inner healing. And will do it again another two times today.

Feeling blessed it wasn’t anything more serious and that I have this device in my home that really helps 💚💫🫶🏻

One of my beautiful pot plants is hurting more than me too 😔but it will grow back 😊
