If I don’t swim every 2nd day now I really feel it.

And… I’m feeling the weather change too which is different when I jump in lol

Last night I had some really terrible dreams that

Last night I had some really terrible dreams that were full of fear and loss 😕

Hence I woke up feeling quite sick and sad.

A lovely walk out in the sunshine amongst my garden lifted me and then I saw that one of my beautiful peace lilies, the one in my bedroom, was flowering again 💜

Sometimes our dreams, as well as what’s happening globally or locally can really affect our energy and state of being.

But once you can get back to presence that is when the light returns and you see, feel and know the abundance all around you 💚🪷💕

Take a moment now to breath and be present. What is life offering you? 💫🪷💕

However most of us have believed the messages from birth that we have to prove it, be validated, try harder, do better, be better.

When your baseline is believing you are not enough- it will show up everywhere- relationships, career, health, business, life.

When you truly do embrace your enoughness, it will also show up everywhere.

2 very different realities.

I know which one I prefer.

And it begins by being enough for yourself.
Because trying to be enough for others keeps you in the loop of not enough for anyone.
