Be In The Now
The stillness and silence of being within can actually help in the everyday physical activities, actions and demands we have in our lives. Often, when we are so caught up in the logic and analytical side of humanity, the decisions we make come from a place of ego, hurry, uncertainty and worry.
By being still on the inside, while staying active on the outside, the day will flow much more easily and decisions will come from a place of truth within. To BE in the now rather than the fears and patterns of the past, or the concerns of the future.
Meditation is the way to inner calm. Meditation practice doesnt always mean we have to actually DO anything. Just BE. Be still. Be aware.
In this short meditation, you can just sit, be aware, be still, be with yourself, breathe the breath that breathes you.
