Being the best version of you.

My understanding of this is different today than it was a decade ago.

Why?

I have discovered that many of the goals, achievements and drive I have had to ‘get somewhere’ have actually been to improve my self worth, validation and self love.

These days I am happy with a quiet life and have no drive to be anything extreme. Just me, the best version of me, right now, here, in this moment.

From that place I can then choose what I want to do, be and have next that will bring me more joy and happiness, security and love.
