✨Knowing your energetic patterns ✨

I wake up at 5.30am, get up around 6.30am. Fix the cat and the birds up, sweep/clean, have coffee.

Start some menial tasks at work by 7am.

But it’s not my best energy.

The truth is my best energetic frequency kicks in after 11 most days. And my creativity and drive is incredibly high late afternoon and evening.

Knowing this has helped me understand how to plan my day.

Doing creative stuff at 8am is not as effective for me as in the afternoon.

Listening to motivational and inspiring teachers in the morning works though. Meditating in the morning is great. Realigning my energy, mindset and thoughts in the morning works.

For others, it’s the opposite.

And that’s great too!

I think the point is that there is strength, confidence and freedom in knowing your own energetic patterns and how you choose to live your day.

Enhancing your natural abilities.
Knowing yourself.
Feeling empowered not robotic.

💜 I have a remote garage for first time
💜 I have a dishwasher for the first time
💜 Its clean and modern and mould free
💜 Has vege gardens ready to go
💜 Tiled floors which are great!
💜 Beautiful outlook outlooks every window!
💜 It’s quiet with mainly the sounds of nature rather than loud cars and bikes, neighbours fighting and the odd fireworks going off regularly lol

I feel very blessed

My plants are all loving it too! Even the frangipani and rose are starting to flower 🌸

It became real in my mind, heart and knowing first.

That’s how all things are created.
From nothing to something.
A blank page to a new creation.

Can’t wait for the next things I already hold in my mind and heart to eventuate into reality. Into my reality. Working on the vibration for that and the resonance to match 💚
